"Great staff, policies make sense for end of returns because if they let returns and exchanges happen after the 17th, everyone would return after the big party weekends. I suggest shopping earlier for those complaining. They have full refunds from August til almost end of October!"
"Paid extra for Guaranteed delivery… This was my first time ordering from Spirit Halloween, and it will absolutely be my last. It would be easier and more honest for them to simply say they cannot refund the order and advise customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Instead, they drag things out and leave customers with no resolution. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again."
